We’re Hiring: Precast Concrete Labourer
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company? We’re expanding and currently looking for a Precast Concrete Labourer to join our friendly team in East Hanningfield, Chelmsford.
This is a fantastic chance to be part of a busy manufacturing environment where you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality precast concrete products.
The Role
-
Working with concrete beds to produce precast products to a high standard.

Ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.

Cleaning and maintaining work areas.

Operating machinery and tools safely (full training provided).

Following all health & safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For

No previous experience required – full training will be given.

Forklift licence desirable (but not essential).

Good physical fitness (heavy lifting is part of the role).

Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.

Own transport is essential due to location.
What We Offer

Competitive pay starting from £12.85 per hour (depending on experience).

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm.
